Rubber flooring roll FAQ

How wide are the rolls, and what lengths are available?

48 in. (4 ft) wide and 3/8" (9 mm) thick. Stock rolls come in 25 ft and 50 ft lengths, and custom cut lengths are available on request.

How many rolls do I need?

Room width divided by 4 ft gives the number of strips; strips times run length gives linear feet. The direction and where the cuts land decide how many rolls you actually buy, which is why every quote includes a layout drawing and cut sheet.

How are rubber rolls installed?

It depends on the application. Rolls can be loose lay, seam tape or full adhesive, depending on the application. We recommend the right method for your project as part of the quote.

Will I have seams?

Yes, a long seam every 4 ft. We keep long seams running one direction and avoid butt seams where we can; when we can't, we stagger them.

How is commercial gym flooring priced?
